What’s an idea you have for making Mizzou Hillel even better? To take part in community service/volunteering and collaborating with other student organizations on campus. I also think we can increase the scale of our bigger events to get more people.

Why are you passionate about Hillel and building a Jewish community here at Hillel? Hillel is one of my favorite places at Mizzou.  In the past year it has become one of the places I feel the safest between the friends I have made and the activities I have participated in, and I want to make sure other students see it as a safe and welcoming space as well.

Why are you passionate about Hillel and building a Jewish community here at Mizzou? I am passionate about Hillel and its values because I feel that it is incredibly important to maintain safe spaces for Jewish Students at Mizzou.  With such an uprise in antisemitism, I am eager to contribute to the space that has brought me peace over the past three years. For me, Hillel is not just a community, but an opportunity for myself and likeminded students to have a presence on campus and around Columbia.
